Sanus VLT5 tilt wall mount bracket allows you to tilt the TV 7 degrees up & 12 degrees down. This bracket has micro-adjustment feature that allows you to perfectly level your TV after the TV has been mounted onto the wall by adjusting the 2 screws on top of each bracket. Even if you try hard to level the wall plate when mounting it to the wall, it’s very easy to mount it not so perfectly because when you’re drilling the bolts into the wall, it could shift the wall plate. So the micro-adjustment feature comes very useful when the wall plate is not 100% leveled on the wall. It gives you up to about 2mm on each bracket to adjust the bracket up & down.
