Booking for installation services should be made after the phone or email confirmation. Deposit is fully credited towards the installation services. For whatever reason, should you need to cancel or reschedule the service / booking, you must do so prior to minimum 48 hours for refund or reschedule. You can email or call us to let us know.
Note: Customer must be home on the specified date & time frame (upon mutual agreement). If customer is absent at the time of arrival, it is solely up to installer(s) discretion to whether or not wait for the customer to arrive.
