Be sure to include the RMA number in the return package
You must return the product in its original retail packaging, and must include all of its contents such as; blank warranty cards, manuals and any accessories that’s part of the product
Pack the return item in a box which it came in or use your own proper packing material to safeguard during shipping
We strongly suggest to return items with tracking option.
If you return items without tracking option and if it gets lost during transit, we cannot provide refund or exchange. Physically damaged products due to misuse or user’s mistake will not be covered.
- We do not accept packages sent via collect or COD. The customer must pay for shipping costs unless you’ve received defective item.
- Removal and or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on ANY products will VOID ALL warranties.
- In the event that a returned product has any items missing such as parts, accessories or manuals, etc.., your return may be refused and may be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense or we’ll issue partial refund at our sole discretion.
