Return instructions

ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you received a product that is Defective On Arrival.

Please check our Return Policy before initiating RMA process.

RMA request usually takes approximately 5 business days to process. Once your RMA request has been approved, we’ll send you an email with return shipping label for you to print and attach to return package.

Be sure to include the RMA number with the return package.

You must return the product in its original retail packaging and must include all of its contents such as; blank warranty cards, manuals and any accessories that’s part of the product.

Pack the return item in the same box or packaging material which it came in or use your own proper packing material to safeguard during shipping


  • Returning item(s) without obtaining RMA Number first will be refused and may be returned back at customer’s expense.


  • Physically damaged products due to misuse or user’s mistake will not be covered.
  • Any modification made to the product cannot be accepted for return and warranty will be void.
  • We do NOT accept packages sent via collect or COD. Please print the shipping label that we’ve provided to you via email.
  • Removal and or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on ANY products will VOID ALL warranties.
  • In the event that a returned product has any parts missing such as accessories or manual, your return may not be accepted and may be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense at our sole discretion.
