Return Policy


  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless you received a product that is Defective On Arrival (DOA)
  • You must start the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Please use the RMA form to start your return. We’ll send you an email with return shipping label for you to print to ship your item back to us.
  • We’ll cover shipping charges both ways for you to return your item to us and to send replacement back to you.
  • We’ll send you the replacement once we’ve received your item.
  • Once you’ve submitted the RMA form, we’ll give you instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  • After 30 days have past, you must contact manufacturer directly for warranty if it’s still under warranty. (Most products carry 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated)
  • Removal and/or Defacing of Serial # or Part # on ANY products will VOID ALL warranties & returns will not be accepted.

Before you return the item back to us, please follow these instructions for hassle-free return

  • Be sure to include RMA number with the return package
  • You must return the product in its original retail packaging, and must include all of its contents such as; blank warranty cards, manuals and any accessories that’s part of the product
  • Pack the return item in a box or packaging material which it came in or use your own proper packing material to safeguard during shipping

Important Notice:

  • Returning item(s) without obtaining RMA Number first will be refused and may be returned back at customer’s expense.


  • Physically damaged products due to misuse or user’s mistake will not be covered.
  • Any modification made to the product cannot be accepted for return and warranty will be void.
  • We do not accept packages sent via collect or COD. Please print the shipping label that we’ve provided to you via email.
  • Removal and or Defacing of Serial/Part number sticker(s) on ANY products will VOID ALL warranties.
  • In the event that a returned product has any parts missing such as accessories or manual, your return may not be accepted and may be shipped back to customer at customer’s expense at our sole discretion.
